The course starts with a review of the optimization process utilizing Predictive Service's developed software tools. It moves into how to organize your existing PM into equipment class whereby you will develop a new master maintenance plan for each equipment class. Master plans can be further modified to fit unique applications, environment, and site specific needs. The course will finish up with a practical example of optimizing a selected equipment class from an existing plan.
