The course starts with the theory of operation and design of pumps, fans, and compressors. It then moves on to vibration analysis techniques by establishing the appripriate hardware & software selection and setup for trending and diagnosis. The course then covers FFT Spectrum and Phase Analysis for the purpose of identifying specific pump, fan, and compressor faults.
Course Length
Minimum 8 Hours. Four 2 hour sessions, 2 times a week for 2 weeks.

25 Questions, 1 hour time limit, Open Book
